The short version: this is a free guide, facts can change, be kind in the tips, and tell us if something's wrong.
1. These terms
These terms apply to Busan 101 (busan101.com). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Information only
Everything here is general travel and living information. Prices, routes, opening hours and rules change, so check with the official source or the business before you rely on it. Nothing here is legal, medical, financial or immigration advice.
3. Other sites and bookings
Maps, booking sites, apps and shops we link to are run by others, under their own terms and privacy policies. When you book through them, your contract is with them, not with us.
4. Tips you post
Share your own experience and recommendations. No ads, links, personal information about anyone, or anything illegal, hateful or false. You keep the rights to what you write, and you let us show it on Busan 101, shorten it or correct obvious typos, and remove it. Every tip is reviewed before it appears, and we may decline or remove any tip.
5. Reporting a problem
If a tip or anything on the site violates your rights (for example defamation, privacy or copyright), tell us through the contact page. We'll hide it right away while we check, and tell the person who posted it where we can.
6. Our content
The text, design and our selection of places belong to Busan 101. Photos belong to their creators and are used under the licenses on the photo credits page. Short quotes with a link back are welcome; copying whole pages or scraping the site is not.
7. Responsibility
The site is provided as it is, for free. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from relying on information that has changed, or for services run by others. This does not limit responsibility for intentional acts or gross negligence.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
